Mon Aimee Chocolat has been crafting artisanal chocolates and confections in Pittsburgh's Strip District since 2007. Owner Ali Slagle creates handmade truffles, bars, and seasonal specialties using ethically sourced cacao and local ingredients.

Each truffle and bonbon is hand-dipped and decorated, with flavors that range from classic dark chocolate ganache to creative combinations like lavender honey, espresso caramel, and bourbon vanilla. The shop also serves hot chocolate, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a rotating selection of seasonal items.
