A Pittsburgh Brazilian-steakhouse search presents a useful choice between Downtown and Station Square, but the address is only part of the comparison. Check whether the planned meal is continuous tableside service, a salad-area visit, a weekday lunch or a separate take-home order.
This October 13, 2026 shortlist compares Fogo de Chão and Texas de Brazil using their official local pages and menus. Fogo leads this editorial selection for its published Downtown parking validation and weekday lunch and weekend brunch schedules. Texas de Brazil offers a Station Square alternative with clearly separated lunch, dinner and salad-area prices. This is a practical planning comparison, not a tasting-based award or a claim that either is universally better.
1. Fogo de Chão: Downtown access and several meal formats
The Pittsburgh location page lists 525 Smithfield Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, at Smithfield and Oliver, and 412-312-5001. It offers up to three hours of complimentary parking with validation at the 350 Oliver Avenue Garage above the restaurant. Confirm the validation procedure during the visit.
Weekday lunch is listed Monday–Friday 11 a.m.–3 p.m.; weekend brunch is Saturday–Sunday 11 a.m.–2 p.m. Dinner follows separate hours. These schedules make Fogo a starting point when the occasion specifically requires a weekday midday meal or weekend brunch.
The linked Pittsburgh menu describes Full Churrasco as continuous tableside carving, with Market Table and Brazilian sides included. It also lists a single-cut option, Market Table choices, seafood, cauliflower steak and seared tofu. An upgraded Indulgent format adds a dessert and selected enhancement.
Choose the actual format before comparing a per-person price. A single cut, a plant-based entrée and continuous carving are different orders. The menu says Full Churrasco is complimentary for children six and under, with ages seven through twelve half price; confirm the applicable experience and any upgrades.
For parties larger than fourteen, the local page directs diners to group dining. Our Fogo profile links this comparison and official restaurant information.
2. Texas de Brazil: Station Square and a Friday lunch option
The official Pittsburgh page, checked directly in the browser, lists 240 West Station Square Drive, Suite D1, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, and 412-230-3816. Self-parking is available at the shopping center.
Published dinner pricing is $60.99, or $33.99 for the salad area only. Friday lunch, noon–3 p.m., is $38.99, or $23.99 for the salad area only. Dinner hours are Monday–Thursday 5–9 p.m., Friday 5–10 p.m., Saturday 2–10 p.m. and Sunday 2–9 p.m.
The operator’s FAQ says the fixed-price meal includes continuous meat service, salad area and sides. Alcohol, featured items, desserts, beverages, tax and gratuity are additional. It also warns that lunch generally offers fewer meats and salad items; confirm Pittsburgh’s actual selection.
With a full-price meal, children two and under are complimentary, ages three through five are $5, and ages six through twelve are half price. That policy differs from Fogo’s age bands. Our Texas de Brazil profile supplies the local contact route.
For either restaurant, compare the same meal period, the selected service format, each child’s age and additions to the bill. Request current dietary information directly. Takeout and catered orders have separate menus and terms; continuous dine-in service should not be treated as a takeaway package.
