Kan Pai Sushi’s Bridgeville opening is complete, even though the restaurant’s website still carries an August opening announcement. Zamias Services’ August 7, 2026 update confirmed the restaurant was open at Great Southern Shopping Center and identified a 6,000-square-foot lease.
This October 13 guide covers that earlier opening and the restaurant’s published local menus. It does not treat the old “opens Wednesday, August 5” website banner as an upcoming event. For diners, the more useful comparison is between lunch, dinner and individually priced takeout—and which extras affect the bill.
Compare the posted lunch and dinner prices
The Bridgeville-specific website lists adult all-you-can-eat lunch at $19.99 and dinner at $29.99. Weekends and national holidays use the dinner price all day. Drinks are listed separately at $2.99.
Children ages 7–11 are listed at $10.99 for lunch and $13.99 for dinner; ages 3–6 are $5.99 and $7.99. The published table does not state a rate for younger children. Confirm that question, the weekday lunch cutoff and any applicable charges directly instead of filling gaps with another location’s policy.
The restaurant is at 1155 Washington Pike, Unit 43, Bridgeville, PA 15017. Its posted schedule is Monday through Thursday and Sunday, 11 a.m.–10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m.–10:30 p.m. Service is first come, first served, with no reservations. Call 412-319-7038 about current hours or a group visit.
Read the local menus before choosing a meal period
The lunch menu includes rolls, nigiri, handrolls, hibachi, noodles, fried rice and ice cream, alongside appetizers and soups. Examples include a cucumber roll, shrimp tempura roll, chicken udon and a Bridgeville Roll with spicy crabmeat and spicy tuna. This is a menu with several food formats, rather than a sushi-only selection.
The dinner menu adds selections such as yellowtail jalapeño, Japanese short rib and a separate sashimi section. That section is labeled dinner-exclusive at 50 cents per piece. The published surcharge means diners should not assume every item on the dinner page is included without an additional charge.
Both menus say items and photos may vary. Check the current ordering instructions and availability at the table before requesting several rounds. If an ingredient matters, ask about the actual preparation; a menu category or photograph does not establish a complete ingredient list.
Takeout uses item prices, not the dine-in admission
The separate takeout menu lists a California Roll at $4.99, cucumber roll at $4.25, PA Roll at $12.99 and Flying Dragon at $15.99. Chicken hibachi is listed at $15.99, and chicken fried rice at $10.99. Compare the desired order rather than applying the dine-in lunch price to food taken home.
Portion labels also matter: takeout nigiri and sashimi are described as two pieces per order, while inari sushi is priced per piece. The same words can represent different quantities across menu sections, so review the item line before comparing totals.
Use the Bridgeville subdomain and local phone when checking details; similarly named restaurants and other cities’ Kan Pai pages may have different prices or selections. Our Kan Pai Bridgeville profile links the official menus and arrival information. This is sourced planning coverage, not a personal restaurant review.
