Free vacuums, towels and cleaners are advertised. The FAQ says monthly passes cover one vehicle and automatically draft the fee each month. Another section describes four-location plans and a 15-wash monthly limit. Confirm which offer you are purchasing rather than combining the lower price from one section with access or limits from another.

The FAQ describes automatic renewal and cancellation by text to 412-676-7776, allowing 24 hours for handling. It says partial periods receive no refund or credit and access continues through the current period. Posted vehicle restrictions include seven-foot clearance and exclusions for modified vehicles, large off-road tires and mounted racks or hitches.
