Shoku Next Door in Cranberry Township offers sushi rolls, combination boxes and hot dishes at 20111 Route 19, Space 103. Before planning dinner or pickup, check both the restaurant hours and the online ordering window: the operator’s website and its linked Chowbus page describe different closing times for those services.
This October 13, 2026 guide uses the restaurant’s official website, its linked 2026 menu and operator-managed ordering page. Cranberry Township’s business list, updated October 12, includes Shoku Next Door, but combines places that have opened with those ready to open. That list alone does not establish an exact opening day.
Use the restaurant schedule for dining plans
The official homepage lists Monday through Thursday hours of 11 a.m.–9 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m.–10 p.m., and Sunday, noon–8 p.m. Its phone is 724-591-5900 and its email is shokunextdoor@gmail.com. The operator describes both dine-in and takeout. Confirm holiday exceptions before making a special trip.
The linked Chowbus ordering page lists online closing times twenty minutes earlier: 8:40 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9:40 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 7:40 p.m. Sunday. Treat those as the published ordering windows, rather than assuming an order can be submitted until the dining schedule ends. Confirm the actual pickup time before traveling.
Choose a box by its contents, not just its name
The official-linked 2026 menu lists Maki Cutups at $18 for three choices from the maki-roll section. Its Bliss Box is $29 for three types of nigiri, six pieces in total, plus two types of maki rolls. The $30 Kabuki Box replaces those maki choices with one signature roll alongside the six nigiri pieces.
Those are different combinations, so compare the contents when choosing for a group. The displayed prices are menu snapshots to confirm for the chosen order, not a final bill or a promise that a particular fish is available.
Hot-food and ramen options need ingredient questions too
The same PDF lists hibachi chicken at $18, shrimp at $20 and steak at $22, with vegetables and hibachi sauce. Its create-your-own ramen starts at $16 and separates the soup-base, protein and optional extra-topping choices.
The broth descriptions identify tonkotsu as pork stock, shoyu as soy stock, and miso or spicy miso as fish stock. Selecting vegetables as the protein therefore does not by itself establish what is in the complete bowl. Ask staff to confirm the full preparation and any dietary requirements.
Read the selected item before submitting pickup
Chowbus describes several rolls as fully cooked, including the Shoku roll with shrimp tempura, spicy lobster, kani and mango sauce, and the Cranberry roll with fried white fish, cucumber, crabmeat and eel. Other items have different ingredient combinations. Read the actual selected roll and ask about ingredients rather than applying one description to the entire menu.
Our Shoku Next Door profile links the official visit and ordering information. Confirm the meal, complete price and pickup window together; a menu photograph or an older cached “open” status does not establish availability at the moment you plan to collect food.
